Showers and Oscillators
With the assistance of hi-tech machines and equipment, we bring forth for our clients an extensive range of Showers and Oscillators that is primarily used in paper machines. Available in SS 304, 316, and 316 L material, shower heads are used for high pressure showers and low pressure lubricating. Pressure rating of shower heads is 3 to 60 bar. These self purging showers are come with self aligning nozzle discs (dome type). For longer life, self-cleaning brush showers come with SS 316 internal brushes. We also provide tube showers for machines with higher width and shower nozzles with jet stabilizers & laminar flow tubes for predictable needle jet patterns. In addition, we also offer nozzles, fanjets, flat jet. fishtail jet, wide angle, narrow angle, high impact, and foam killing mist cooling high pressure needle jets.

Oscillator can be easily retrofitted to any shower. Standard model is fixed speed, variable speed available with AC drive and in all stroke lengths.
Oil dipped model also available for very moist conditions. Linear speed from 15 mm/min to 100 mm/min suitable for machine speeds from 100 to 1200 mtrs/min. Enclosures in Fiberglass as standard, also available in SS 304/ 316.
